What’s the quickest way to order?

Using the online shop above is the quickest and most convenient way to place your order. Mail-in order forms are also available upon request.

Why does ordering early matter?

Caps, gowns, and other graduation items are custom-made for your school, not stocked ahead of time. Ordering by October 16th guarantees your exact size and the best price. Orders placed after that go into a later production run and may have limited sizes or availability.

I missed the deadline. Can I still order?

Late orders are accepted based on availability. We'll do our best to fulfill every order, but some products or sizes may sell out early.

What if I need to change my shipping address after ordering?

Please notify us as soon as possible if your shipping address changes. Once an order enters production or has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it, and re-shipping fees may apply.

Can I personalize my order?

Some products are! When available, just fill in the personalization field on the product page before adding it to your cart. Please double-check spelling. We print exactly what's entered.

I'm ordering for more than one student — can I do that in one order?

Yes. Add each student's items to your cart separately, and be sure to update the personalization field (student name) for each item before checking out.

How can I check if I ordered?

All orders receive an email receipt. We recommend first searching your inbox and spam folder for “Buckeye Scholastic”.

When are items delivered?

Graduation items will be delivered in the spring. Yearbooks will be shipped to your home in the fall.

Do you have any tips for graduation day?

Try on your gown ahead of time so there are no surprises. A quick steam will take care of any wrinkles.
